"Please do not go with this agency they made a mistake that is going to cost me $$$$$. My wife called and made some changes to all of our vehicles and they only changed 1 of them!!!!! They make a mistake and my wife and I are paying the price. We have been long time customers with Jim and State Farm. Sorry to say we will be canceling all of our policies, but that is the culture today for business get all you can from a customer but when it counts leave them hung out to dry."

"I was with Jim Vanderveen for years and never had a problem, I admit a time or two I may have been a few days late to pay, pay it no problem back on track. I'm not sure who this Laura person is but she has cost Jim a loyal customer. I've never been talked to the way I had until I encountered Laura. Laura created the problem, and when I was trying to correct it, she became the victim, hung up in my face and refused to speak to me. Laura then Invited Parker who has been nothing but nice, Parker mapped out a resolution, I followed the instructions, until I encountered Laura who refused to take my payment because she states there was nothing due, 4 days later, I get a huge bill. At this point neither Laura or Parker was willing to help me. I requested to speak with Jim, Jim immediately started agreeing with his team disregarding why this mistake has happened, he never acknowledge the fact this wouldnt have happened if Laura would have just took my payment. I explained to Jim that I no longer felt valued as one of his Loyal customer and there was no accountability on their end. I was speechless. I'm saddened, my feelings are hurt. I pray no one else has to deal with this Laura person."
